This guide will help you easily and safely navigate around our web site and whether you are an existing customer or are new to what we have to offer I'm sure that this will be of use to you

What are the Various Buttons?

Clicking on any of the above buttons will give you a selection of products that best suit the description, with WAREHOUSE CLEAROUT being the cheapest products on-line.

Ordering help and site navigation

Click this to view our entire catalogue.

Allows you to sign our guestbook and make any comments about the site.

This brings up a more detailed menu of the product styles that we have to offer.

This will bring up a list of Brand names where you can choose to view the products available for that particular Brand. Eg Nike, Adidas

This will take you to a text based menu where all the products are in an alphabetical order.

If you already have a catalogue to hand and know the codes of the products you wish to order, then simply type in the code in the first box and hit return and it will take you straight to that item, where you then have to click on the picture that comes up to take you to the fuller description where it is ready to place in the shopping basket. Simple as that.

If you are looking for a particular item and are not sure of the code just enter in a few key words and press return for a list of items found matching your keyword. Eg, Fleece Top, Running Shoes etc...

If you need to check the stock availability for an item you are interested in then please click on this button to take you to a screen where you can type in the catalogue code if known and it will then show you the product, where you then click on the picture to take you to a fuller description, and you will see a Stock Check button where by when clicking on it, it will display the current stock availability on all sizes.

This will give you a run down of the products that are currently held in your shopping basket and where you can make any necessary changes to or place your order once you have finished shopping.

From Shopping Basket To Order Form

1. Select the items you want

To place an item in your basket, click on the Options and Pricing Button

Options And Pricing

Make sure you have selected the appropriate size and quantity of the item you want. Then click the Add to Shopping Basket Now Button. Shown Below.

This will then take you to a screen that will detail your order so far.

This will display the current item(s) ordered, Size, Display Price, Nett Price, Total nett and the Vat amount.

Then you will have a break-down of the final price which will include the Nett Subtotal, Shipping To ( Please select the Necessary Country to have the correct postal charge debited from your credit card. Most Important. )

Providing you have selected the correct postal country the TOTAL at the end will detail the final price to be charged to your credit card company.

There is a help guide provided on the Shopping Basket area just in case you become stuck.

Finally there are a series of buttons at the bottom of the screen that look like the following:-

If you have deleted any item from your current shopping basket clicking on this button will re-calculate the current total to what is now in the shopping basket and you will notice that the items chose for deletion are now no longer there.

If you want to continue shopping, click this button to take you back to the main shopping page.

When you have come to the end of your order, click this button to take you to our user-friendly credit card details screen.

This is here to show you that our site does have on-line secure credit card ordering facilities.

Using the Credit Card Order Form

The credit card ordering screen has been made to be as user friendly as possible. Enter your details in the boxes provided remembering to enter your credit card number without spaces. Enter your address details with a capital letter at the beginning of each line. If you would like to know the Postage cost click on the Shipping cost button on the side of the screen.

When you are finished, click on the PLACE ORDER button at the bottom of the screen to complete your order.

This will then take you to a final screen displaying your order, credit card and address details. Please make sure these are correct before pressing the CONFIRM ORDER button. Once you are happy then Confirm Order and approximately 3-4 minutes later you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery

You will receive you order within 10 Working Days, dependant on stock availability at the time of ordering.

Returns

If you are not happy with any purchase you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund. Please note, your return P&P will only be refunded if the item is faulty, incorrectly sent or an unacceptable alternative. There is no service charge to pay.

Payment

Payment over the internet or via phone can only be made by switch, visa, debit or mastercard. Unfortunatley, we can only accept payment by cheque or postal order through the post. Please post your order to M&M Sports, Clinton Road, Leominster HR6 0SP.

Ammendments to Orders

Orders cannot be ammended or changed once they have been placed. Due to our high level of customer service we aim to despatch your order within 48hrs of receipt.

Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer can warn you if the site you are about to send personal details to is secure or insecure. To ensure that this feature is enabled simply select OPTIONS from the VIEW menu and click on the SECURITY tab. Once all the warning boxes have been ticked, INTERNET EXPLORER will alert you automatically every time you submit your personal details to another site.

Netscape Navigator

Netscape users can select SECURITY PREFERENCES from the OPTIONS menu and click on the GENERAL tab. Again tick all the security alerts boxes to be alerted every time you send your personal details to another site.

What if I am an existing customer?

If you are already a customer of M & M Sports and have a copy of the current mag, you can order by putting in the code of the item that you wish to purchase. You can do this by choosing the button on the left hand side called Quick Order which is shown below.

When you click onto this it will then transport you to a screen where you can then enter the relevant catalogue code. Eg 40AD197 and hit return. This will then bring up the product in question where you can then select the required size and and then adding it into your shopping basket. Also you will notice a facility on there to check the availability of an item. New Feature just Implemented.

This we feel will help to eliminate the time spent getting to the item you want instead of going through all the products online, when you already have a catalogue and know what you want to order.

We have also just implemented a feature where by you can log in using your existing customer number which can be found on the back of your catalogue in a 7 digit format. Eg 1234567 once you have logged in you will see a welcome message with your name on it and you will then have to options. The first option will take you to our Quick Order Screen and the second to our main catalogue. We hope this helps. Finally when you get to the credit card payment screen you will notice that your address will now be shown, which will save time typing your address in again. One thing to note is if you have recently changed address please call our customer services department on 01568 619521 who will change the details for you on our main live system. It will not change the address on the Internet straight away for you, but you can be assured that when the order gets put on to our main system, the address will show the new one which would have been amended via our customer services department. The customer database gets updated once a week.

Stock Availability

Due to high levels of customer service stock is subject to availability and if there and any items that have sold out in the current mag it will immediately tell you when you come to putting them in the shopping basket. If you can put an item in the shopping basket then you can be safely assured that we do have that product in stock at the time.

Also just implemented we now have the option to check the stock as soon as you have clicked on an item that you are interested in. You will notice that a Check Stock button will appear next to the picture of the item selected, where by you can then just click on it to display full stock availability information on all size for that product.
